Answers to What You Ask Us Most

Head to the homepage and select 'Open Account'. You will need a valid email address, an Indian mobile number and a password. Verification is via a one-time code sent to your mobile. The whole process takes under three minutes.

We support UPI, Paytm and PhonePe for deposits. All three typically clear in under a minute. Select your preferred rail on the deposit screen, enter the amount, and complete the payment in your banking app or wallet.

Withdrawals are processed to your original payment method — UPI ID, Paytm or PhonePe wallet. After identity verification is complete, funds are dispatched within 24 hours. Most withdrawals reach your account the same day.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. At account creation we ask you to confirm your eligibility. If your region's status changes, we notify you at your registered email address.

First, check your UPI app to confirm the transaction completed on your end. If it shows as debited but your satmtka wallet has not updated within five minutes, contact live chat with the UPI reference number and we will investigate directly.
