Every measure listed below is active on your account from the moment it is created.

Data Encryption

All account data — including your name, contact details and transaction history — is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3. No plain-text storage at any layer of our infrastructure.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your session active, and analytics cookies only with your consent. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time from the privacy settings in your account dashboard.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts and strongly encouraged. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an email alert, and suspicious sessions are suspended pending your confirmation.

Data Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active plus the period required by financial regulation. Once that window closes, data is deleted or anonymised — not archived indefinitely.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and payment identifiers such as your UPI handle or Paytm number. This data is used solely for account management, payment processing and legal compliance.

Yes. Submit a data-access request through the legal email channel or your account portal. We will compile and deliver a structured copy of your data within 30 days of verifying your identity.

Send a deletion request to our legal email with your registered account details. Where no financial or regulatory obligation requires us to retain the data, we will delete or anonymise it within 30 days.
